Do I need to book ahead?
Nope. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours. But if you want a specific build ready at your station, reserve online and we’ll have it waiting.
What’s the age limit?
All ages welcome for Loose Brick. Walk-In and Membership recommended for 12+. Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my own LEGO?
Not for studio builds — we keep our inventory sorted and clean. But Loose Brick sessions are fair game for personal projects.*
*Personal LEGO must be weighed in before your session and weighed out after to ensure accurate billing. This applies to all customers, including members.
How does buying by weight work?
Everything leaves Brick House priced by weight. Finish a build and want to keep it? We weigh it, you pay, it’s yours. Don’t want it? Leave it for the next builder or for Loose Brick sessions.
What if I don’t finish my build?
No problem. Members can lock their station and come back. Walk-In builders can buy more time, purchase as-is, or leave it — no judgment.
Do you sell sets or parts?
We’re a build studio, not a retail store — but we do sell minifigures ($5 each or 5 for $20) and anything you build here can go home with you by weight.

Can I request specific builds?
Yes! We run monthly community votes where members and visitors choose new builds for each tier. Submit your requests here, and the most popular suggestions get added to the next vote. Winners are announced on Facebook and arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Refund Policy
Sessions: Non-refundable once started. If we can’t provide your reserved build, you’ll get a full refund or reschedule.
Purchases: All LEGO sales (by weight, minifigures, completed builds) are final. You built it, you bought it.
Memberships: Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of billing cycle. No refunds for unused time.
